South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:29:03:11 — Special plate order permit

Any applicant who applies for a special plate must be issued a "PLATE ORDERED" permit at no charge. The permit is void after forty-five days or upon receipt of the actual special plate, whichever comes first .
