Permitted use

• Reading, searching, linking, and citing, for any purpose.
• Downloading individual sections or documents for your own use.
• Crawling by search engines and AI answer engines that identify themselves truthfully and follow our robots.txt.

Prohibited use

• Automated bulk collection of the library or any substantial part of it, except as permitted by robots.txt or by written consent.
• Use of the library's content to train machine-learning models, per the crawler policy in robots.txt.
• Circumventing rate limits or access controls, or misrepresenting your identity or user-agent to evade the crawler policy.

Bulk copies for research

If you want a copy of the corpus for research or another legitimate purpose, don't scrape it — ask. Write to support@partnertax.ai and we will usually be able to arrange something.

Enforcement and changes
