ARSD § 64:29:03:02 — License plate renewal certificate -- Duplicate issued

64:29:03:02. License
plate renewal certificate -- Duplicate issued. If the original certificate
of title is being held by a lien holder and the owner of record has lost the
owner's copy of the license plate renewal certificate, the owner may obtain
from the lien holder a certified copy of the title and present it to the county
treasurer for the annual registration of the motor vehicle.
