South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:28:03:08 — Authorization of owner required

The
Division of Motor Vehicles requires authorization from the title owner to send
the vehicle title to the party holding a superior lien on the titled vehicle.
This authorization may be made only by the title owner and must be made at the
time of title application.
