ARSD § 64:75:03:10 — Conformity to price schedule

In all sales of alcoholic beverages to
retailers, each wholesaler shall conform strictly to the prices set forth in
the wholesaler's price schedule and effective amendments thereto. No wholesaler
may make sales to retailers at a greater or lesser price than as specified in
the price schedule.
