South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:28:03:05 — Out-of-state "junking" title

A
motor vehicle that has a title indicating "junked,"
"junking," or other similar language issued by any other state or
jurisdiction shall receive a South Dakota junking certificate.
