Executive director's decisions

In the event of any occurrence not covered by sections 12-568a-1 to 12-568a-
23, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, the executive director retains the authority to make a decision(s) in the best interests of the lottery and the state of Connecticut.
