Sales suspension
# (a)
The president may suspend for cause any licensed lottery sales agent subject to a final determination through a hearing provided in accordance with sections 12-568a-1 to 12-568a-23, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, and the division rules of practice and hearing procedures.
# (b)
Upon suspension, no additional lottery materials or tickets shall be delivered to the agent, and any lottery equipment on the agent's premises shall be rendered inoperative pending a division hearing to be scheduled for said agent within three business days of receipt of notice of the sales suspension. Said notice shall be provided by the CLC to the division within two (2) working days of the sales suspension.
# (c)
No lottery agent shall be entitled to a hearing by the division for any sales suspension by the CLC on the basis of insufficient agent sales or failure to adhere to marketing criteria as determined by the CLC.
