Special lottery sales agents

# (a)

Special licenses, conditions. The division may issue a special license to a proper applicant whom, in its opinion, will best serve the public interest and convenience of the state. A special license may be issued to the CLC, a temporary agent or an agent whose premises consist of a motor vehicle registered in the state of Connecticut. The division may attach such reasonable conditions to a special license as will assure the integrity of the lottery program. By way of example and not limitation, these conditions may include:

Length of licensure;

# (2)

Establishment of hours and days of sale;

# (3)

Locations of sales as will be permitted; and

# (4)

Limitation as to specific charitable, social, or other special events.

# (b)

Applicability of other regulations. All other regulations shall apply to a special lottery sales agent license.
