ARSD § 64:30:04:04 — Removal of damaged manufacturer's plate

64:30:04:04. Removal
of damaged manufacturer's plate. Original manufacturer's VIN plates which
are damaged or mutilated shall be removed by the vehicle owner or his
designated agent in the presence of the inspecting official prior to the
affixing of a replacement VIN plate.
