ARSD § 64:30:02:03 — Interstate transfers and retitling

64:30:02:03. Interstate
transfers and retitling. The installation of a replacement or assigned VIN
plate on a vehicle in compliance with another state's numbering system shall be
considered to be in compliance with this state's system when the vehicle is
brought into the state for subsequent retitling and registration.
