ARSD § 64:29:02:18 — Mobile home and manufactured home consignment sales

64:29:02:18. Mobile
home and manufactured home consignment sales. A dealer shall possess a
consignment contract with the seller and a copy of the front and back of the
title in the seller’s name on any mobile home or manufactured home that is
offered for sale on consignment.
