R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-5-45 — Severability of Â§Â§ 44-5-43 â 44-5-45

The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sections shall
not affect the validity of the remainder of Â§Â§ 44-5-43 â 44-5-45.
