Transcript of contested case proceedings
# (a)
Proceedings recorded. All hearings in contested case proceedings shall be either electronically or stenographically recorded.
# (b)
Written transcript. At the close of the reception of evidence, the respondent or any other party of record may file a written request with the presiding officer for a written transcript of the proceedings. If no such written request is filed, the presiding officer may order that a written transcript be prepared.
# (c)
Reasonable costs. If any party of record desires a copy of the transcript, it will be made available upon written request and payment of the reasonable cost to the division.
