Conn. Agencies Regs § 12-562-35a
Record in a contested case
The record before the presiding officer in a contested case shall include:
# (1)
All motions, applications, petitions, requests for action, pleadings, notices of hearing, and intermediate rulings;
# (2)
The evidence received and considered by the presiding officer;
Gaming Policy Board/Division of Special Revenue § 12-562-39a
# (3)
Questions and offers of proof, objections, and the rulings thereon during the hearing;
# (4)
The decision, opinion or report by the presiding officer. The presiding officer may designate other documents or portions of the proceedings as part of the record in a contested case. Requests to so designate other material as part of the record should be made to the presiding officer within thirty (30) days after the final decision is issued.
