Conn. Agencies Regs § 12-562-36a — Final decision in a contested case

All decisions and orders of the presiding officer concluding a contested case shall be in writing. Findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be separately stated.
The presiding officer shall serve a copy of his final decision on each party in the manner required by Sections 12-562-1a through 12-562-19a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and by Chapter 54 C.G.S.
