32 V.S.A. § 1637 — Commissioners of jail delivery

(a) The fees of commissioners of jail delivery shall be as follows:
(1) for each citation, $0.34;
(2) for two certificates to a person admitted to the poor debtor’s oath, $0.25; and
(3) for attending a court of jail delivery, $2.00 a day to each commissioner who attends,
and for travel, $0.10 a mile one way.
(b) The fees of the commissioners shall be allowed by the Commissioner of Finance and
