32 V.S.A. § 1596 — Fees forbidden

Fees shall not be allowed to an officer for the service of a capias, bench warrant,
or other writ for the arrest of a person who is under a recognizance taken before
an officer authorized by law to take such recognizance, requiring the appearance of
