ARSD § 64:28:12:12 — Signature of lien holder not due notice of satisfaction of lien

64:28:12:12. Signature of lien holder not due notice of
satisfaction of lien. The signature of the lien holder in the space
provided on the face of the certificate of title is not due notice of the
satisfaction of a lien unless a properly executed release accompanies the title
document.
