South Dakota Administrative Rules — Title 64 (Revenue)

ARSD § 64:28:12:11 — Discharge of liens

A lien may be considered
discharged of record if the date of cancellation is entered over the signature
of the county treasurer or an employee of the county treasurer on the
certificate of title.
