S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-4005 — Operation of bingo games; scope

The operation of the bingo games excludes machines and lottery games, including video poker lottery games, prohibited by Sections 12-21-2710, 16-19-40, and 16-19-50. The operation of the bingo games also excludes raffles as defined in Section 33-57-110.

Last amended: 2002 Act No. 334, SECTION 16L, eff October 1, 2002; 2016 Act No. 254 (H.5034), SECTION 5, eff June 7, 2016. Effect of Amendment 2016 Act No. 254, SECTION 5, added the second sentence, relating to raffles.
