S.C. Code Ann. § 12-21-2975 — Donation of certain confiscated goods to Department of Mental Health; not to be advertised and sold

All soft drinks, playing cards, cigarettes and tobacco products confiscated under this chapter shall be donated to the Office of Mental Health for patient use. The items listed in this section shall not be subject to the advertisement and sale provisions as provided for in this chapter.

Code to the State Department of Mental Health, South Carolina Mental Health Commission, Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, Department of Disabilities and Special Needs Commission, Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services, and other related terms were changed to reflect the restructuring of these agencies into component offices under the Department
