R.I. Gen. Laws § 44-9-45 — Jurisdiction of proceedings to establish title â Practice and procedure

The superior court shall have jurisdiction of petitions under Â§Â§ 44-9-40 â 44-9-44 and, except as provided in this chapter, practice and procedure under these sections
shall conform as nearly as possible to the superior court practice, rules, regulations,
and procedure.
