Notation on property tax schedule by county treasurer
when property sold for delinquent taxes.
When the county treasurer receives written notification from the division of the sale
of property for delinquent taxes, he shall make an entry on the property tax schedule
indicating that the delinquent property taxes, penalties and interest are no longer a lien
against the property.
