K.S.A. 79-3625 — Invalidity of part of K.S.A. 79-3619

If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, part, phrase or word of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this act.
