K.S.A. 79-3624 — Invalidity of part of K.S.A. 79-3621, 79-3622

If any section, subsection, clause, sentence or phrase of this act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional and invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this act.
