K.A.R. 92-13-6
Credits and refunds on fuel purchased within Kansas.
All applications for refund shall be made on forms prescribed by the director and shall contain satisfactory and sufficient information to establish the right to such refund. (Authorized by K.S.A. 1971 Supp. 79-34,123, 79-34,112;
