Biomass

Sec. 3-43. Biomass. "Biomass" means non-fossil organic materials that have an intrinsic chemical energy content. "Biomass" includes, but is not limited to, soybean oil, other vegetable oils, and ethanol. (Source: P.A. 93-17, eff. 6-11-03.)
