35 ILCS 105/3-42
Biodiesel blend

Sec. 3-42. Biodiesel blend. "Biodiesel blend" means a blend of biodiesel with petroleum-based diesel fuel in which the resultant product contains no less than 1% and no more than 99% biodiesel. (Source: P.A. 93-17, eff. 6-11-03.)
