HRS § 245-36 — Counterfeiting stamps


[§245-36] Counterfeiting stamps. A
person shall be guilty of a class B felony if the person:
(1) Intentionally or knowingly makes, alters, or
reuses a stamp as defined in section 245-1; or
(2) Knowingly possesses or distributes a stamp that
has been falsely made, altered, or reused.
