HRS § 245-23 — Department to furnish stamps; designs, specifications, and denominations

§245-23 Department to furnish stamps;
designs, specifications, and denominations. The department shall furnish
stamps for sale to licensees. Stamps shall be of such designs, specifications,
and denominations as may be prescribed by the department.
