Penalty

# (a)
Whoever, being a clerk of the peace, omits to perform any of the duties provided in § 9409 or 9410 of this title, shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $50.
# (b)
This section shall not apply to the Clerk of the Peace of New Castle County.
