9 Del. C. § 9409 — Transcripts concerning county accounts
(a)
The clerk of the peace shall deliver to the receiver of taxes and county treasurer or director of finance of his or her county certified transcripts of all allowances made by the government of his or her county; and of the amount to be collected; and of all matters that shall concern the receiver of taxes and county treasurer or director of finance or be requisite for keeping the accounts of the respective counties.
(b)
This section shall not apply to the Clerk of the Peace of New Castle County.
