# (a)

Distribution of money. When greyhounds run in a dead heat for a place, all monies, and prizes to which those greyhounds would have been entitled shall be divided equally between them. This applies in dividing prizes whatever the number of greyhounds running a dead heat. For example, two greyhounds dead heating for first would divide first and second monies. Two dead heating for second would divide second and third monies, and two dead-heating for third would divide third and fourth monies. Similarly three greyhounds which run a dead heat for first would divide first, second and third monies; three running for second would divide second, third and fourth monies.

# (b)

Distribution of non-divisible prize. If the dividing owners cannot agree as to which of them is to have a cup or other prize which cannot be divided, the question shall be determined by lot by the presiding racing judge.
