C.R.S. § 39-22-4708 — Repeal of part

PART 48 URBAN PEAK HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR YOUTH EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS FUND VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 48 was added in 2017 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2023. (2) Section 39-22-4804 provided for the repeal of this part 48, effective January 1 of the sixth income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes as specified in § 39-22-1001 (8) that a line has become available and the Urban Peak Housing and Support Services for Youth Experiencing Homelessness fund voluntary contribution is next in the queue. (See L. 2017, p. 115.) The executive director filed the certification on November 1, 2017, so this part 48 is repealed, effective January 1, 2023. 39-22-4801 to 39-22-4804. (Repealed) PART 49 FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT FUND VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 49 was added in 2017 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2023.
