C.R.S. § 39-22-4708 — Repeal of part

PART 48 URBAN PEAK HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR YOUTH EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS FUND VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 48 was added in 2017 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2023. For the text of this part 48 prior to its repeal in 2023, consult the 2022 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume. (2) Section 39-22-4804 provided for the repeal of this part 48, effective January 1 of the sixth income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes as specified in § 39-22-1001 (8) that a line has become available and the Urban Peak Housing and Support Services for Youth Experiencing Homelessness fund voluntary contribution is next in the queue. (See L. 2017, p. 115.) The executive director filed the certification on November 1, 2017, so this part 48 is repealed, effective January 1, 2023. 39-22-4801 to 39-22-4804. (Repealed) PART 49 FAMILY CAREGIVER SUPPORT FUND VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 49 was added in 2017 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2023. For the text of this part 49 prior to its repeal in 2023, consult the 2022 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume. (2) Section 39-22-4904 provided for the repeal of this part 49, effective January 1 of the sixth income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes as specified in § 39-22-1001 (8) that a line has become available and the Family Caregiver Support fund voluntary contribution is next in the queue. (See L. 2017, p. 1823.) The executive director filed the certification on November 1, 2017, so this part 49 is repealed, effective January 1, 2023. 39-22-4901 to 39-22-4904. (Repealed) PART 50 YOUNG AMERICANS CENTER FOR FINANCIAL EDUCATION FUND VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 50 was added in 2018 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2024. (2) Section 39-22-5004 provided for the repeal of this part 50, effective January 1 of the sixth income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes as specified in § 39-22-1001 (8) that a line has become available and the Young Americans Center for Financial Education fund voluntary contribution is next in the queue. (See L. 2018, p. 1345.) The executive director filed the certification on November 1, 2018, so this part 50 is repealed, effective January 1, 2024. 39-22-5001 to 39-22-5004.
