C.R.S. § 39-22-4504 — Repeal of part
This part 45 is repealed, effective January 1 of the income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes that the Habitat for Humanity of Colorado fund voluntary contribution will no longer appear on the individual income tax return form due to a failure to meet the requirements of section 39-22-1001 (5)(a). PART 46 COLORADO YOUTH CORPS ASSOCIATION VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION Editor's note: (1) This part 46 was added in 2014 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2021. For the text of this part 46 prior to its repeal in 2021, consult the 2020 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume. (2) Section 39-22-4604 provided for the repeal of this part 46, effective January 1 of the sixth income tax year following the year in which the executive director files written certification with the revisor of statutes as specified in § 39-22-1001 (8) that a line has become available and the Colorado Youth Conservation Corp fund voluntary contribution is next in the queue. (See L. 2014, p. 458.) The executive director filed the certification on November 1, 2015, so this part 46 is repealed, effective January 1, 2021. 39-22-4601 to 39-22-4604.
