WAC 458-30-320 — Assessment and Tax Rolls

This section explains the manner in which land classified under chapter 84.34 RCW is to be listed on the assessment and tax rolls. (2) Listing of current use land. When land has been classified under chapter 84.34 RCW, the assessor shall annually enter on the assessment and tax rolls, the current use value and the true and fair value of that land. The assessor shall provide notice of these values to the county financial authority who shall list these values in the place and manner provided for public recording of tax liens on real property.
