WAC 458-14-156 — Training Seminars

No agency filings affecting this section since 2003 Board members, alternate board members, interim board members, hearing examiners, and clerks shall attend board of equalization training seminars as directed by the department unless this requirement is waived in writing by the assistant director of the department's property tax division, or his or her designee, for just cause.
