No agency filings affecting this section since 2003 The standards of practice adopted by the department and governing real property appraisal activities by accredited appraisers are the generally accepted appraisal standards as evidenced by the current appraisal standards promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
