Application; collective bargaining agreements

# (a)
This subchapter shall not apply to retirement benefits that accrued prior to July
1, 2013 or to crimes committed before July 1, 2013.
# (b)
No collective bargaining agreement or other employment agreement entered into on or after July 1, 2013 shall contain any provision that limits the application of the provisions of this subchapter. (
