Delivery of estimates and statements when no Governor elected by popular vote

In the event of no election of Governor by the voters at the November election, the
Secretary of Administration shall deliver the statements and estimates provided for under this chapter to the person elected Governor by the General Assembly. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 4(c); 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 440, eff. July 1, 2022.)
