32 V.S.A. § 131 — Composition

There shall be an Emergency Board to consist of the Governor, the Chair of the Senate
Committee on Finance, the Chair of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, the Chair
of the House Committee on Ways and Means, and the Chair of the House Committee on
Appropriations; but the Chair of any one of such committees may designate a member
of his or her committee who shall be a member of such Board in lieu of the Chair.
The Board shall meet at the call of the Governor or a majority of the legislative
