32 V.S.A. § 1404 — Justices and judges not to receive special fees

A Justice of the Supreme Court or a Superior judge shall not demand or receive fees
for special services performed by him or her either as a Justice or judge. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 236(a), (b), eff. March 29, 1972.)
