32 V.S.A. § 4695 — Superior Court’s jurisdiction

The Superior Court shall have authority upon such appeal to try and determine the
question whether such extent should issue and to issue the same. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
