32 V.S.A. § 3835 — Reporting exemption

Within 10 days after the adjournment of any town meeting at which an exemption is
granted under the provisions of section 3834 of this title, the town clerk shall report to the director, upon forms to be furnished by him or
her, the date upon which such exemption was granted and the length of the term thereof. (Amended 1977, No. 105, § 14(a).)
