Furnishing names to listers

# (a)
On application of a lister in the performance of his or her duties, keepers of hotels, boarding, and dwelling houses shall give the names of all persons residing in their respective houses. When such keeper refuses to give such information, or knowingly gives false information, he or she shall be fined $10.00.
# (b)
On application of a lister in the performance of his or her duties, a person who refuses to give the names of the persons in his or her employ or knowingly gives false information shall be fined $10.00.
