Location of primary on-premises mobile casino gaming operation

# A.

A casino gaming operator's primary on-premises mobile casino gaming operation, including facilities, equipment, and personnel who are directly engaged in the conduct of on-premises mobile casino gaming, shall be located within a restricted area on the premises of the casino gaming establishment. Backup equipment used on a temporary basis pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Board to conduct on-premises mobile casino gaming may, with the approval of the Department, be located outside the territorial limits of a casino gaming establishment.

# B.

Facilities used to conduct and support on-premises mobile casino gaming shall:

# 1.

Be arranged in a manner promoting optimum security;

# 2.

Include a closed circuit visual monitoring system according to specifications approved by the Department, with access on the premises to the system or its signal provided to the Department;

# 3.

Not be designed in any way that might interfere with the ability of the Department to supervise on-premises mobile casino gaming operations; and

# 4.

Comply in all respects with regulations of the Board pertaining thereto.
