SDCL § 10-50E-15 — Violations--Appeal

Effective January 1, 2027
10-50E-15 . Violations--Appeal.
If a licensee is determined to have violated any provision of this chapter, the licensee may appeal an action or decision of the secretary, in the same manner as provided in chapter 1-26 .
