SDCL § 10-50B-11

Master Settlement Agreement monies to be deposited in education enhancement trust fund

Any money received from the Master Settlement Agreement signed on November 23, 1998, by attorneys general from several states and various tobacco companies shall be deposited in the education enhancement trust fund as provided in S.D. Const., Art. XII, § 6.
