64:75:01:05. Filing
of invoices. Every person shipping alcoholic beverages into th is state shall provide to the department
a monthly
report
showing the date of shipment, name and address of both the seller and purchaser , invoice number,
total purchase price, and total volume of alcoholic beverages purchased by type .
